From property finance to his own practice
Christiaan Scheepers is the Director and Sole Owner of C-Consult Inc. He founded the practice in 2018 after seventeen years working as a financial manager in the South African property industry.
Prior to founding C-Consult Inc in 2018, Christiaan spent seventeen years in the South African property industry, working as an accountant and financial manager. This background gives the practice particular depth in property-related businesses, such as property investors, property management companies and property-linked SMEs, although the practice serves a broad SME client base.

Christiaan is a Xero Certified Advisor. He also works day-to-day in Sage, Zoho, and QuickBooks, allowing clients to choose the accounting software that best fits their operations.

Fixed fee or hourly time quoted before work starts
The practice provides monthly reporting on ongoing engagements and quotes fixed fees or hourly time in advance of any work commencing. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. C-Consult Inc is registered as a VAT vendor with SARS, and VAT at 15% is added to invoices.
C-Consult Inc operates from Kleinmond in the Western Cape. It serves local Overberg clients in and around Kleinmond, Hermanus and the Overberg coastline; Cape Town-based clients, who make up the bulk of the client book; and remote clients across South Africa, following the shift to online client management from 2020 onwards. Clients are small and medium enterprises (private companies, close corporations, non-profit companies and sole proprietors) and individuals.
